Key Duties:
- Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors.
- Interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Ensure work is done according to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor daily progress and report to the site engineer or project manager.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Resolve on-site issues and support workforce productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in civil engineering or building construction.
- 3+ years of experience as a foreman or site supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.
