We are hiring a skilled Foreman with experience in building construction and a strong background working in the UAE. The candidate will manage daily site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of construction tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure work follows drawings and specifications
- Enforce health & safety standards
- Report progress and issues to site engineer/project manager
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman in building construction
- UAE construction experience required
- Ability to read drawings and manage teams
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil/Construction preferred
