Your day to day
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and GCC market trends
Identify new business opportunities across GCC countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
Build and maintain strong networks with potential clients, government entities, and corporate accounts
Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing and potential clients.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
Provide management with insights and recommendations for growth.
Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, and cultural awareness
Monitor individual performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Ensure all deals comply with company policies and local regulations.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events across GCC countries.
Support product launches and promotional events.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver consistent results.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales campaigns.
Lead contract discussions, proposals, and agreements with clients in line with GCC business practices.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and market shifts in the GCC.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure all sales activities comply with GCC business laws, labor rules, and regulatory frameworks.
Respect cultural sensitivities and business etiquette when engaging with clients and partners.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality (preferred).
3–5 years’ sales experience in luxury hotels within GCC.
Strong client network with travel agencies, corporates, and government accounts.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets (corporate, leisure, MICE).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills; CRM proficiency.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong cultural awareness of GCC business etiquette.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and flexible to travel across GCC.

Previous UAE/GCC hospitality experience preferred.
