The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Freelance Sales Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by pitching our comprehensive corporate training programs to a diverse range of corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for learning and development to earn significant income based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and prospect potential corporate clients in need of training solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Deliver compelling and customized sales presentations and pitches in both English and Arabic, clearly articulating the value proposition of our training programs.
- Understand client needs and tailor training package proposals to meet their specific requirements and budget.
- Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our evolving training offerings.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market response and potential new opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically selling training packages or similar professional services to corporate clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic are mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience in the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and persistent approach to sales.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Access to own resources (e.g., laptop, internet, phone) to perform the role.
