Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Kids Club. As the first point of contact for parents and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and child-friendly environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with families, is great with communication, and has a positive attitude that reflects the joyful spirit of our club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet children, parents, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Handle check-ins, registrations, and attendance records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about programs and schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Coordinate with staff to assist in smooth daily operations.
- Manage basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Communicate any special instructions or updates from parents to staff members.
- Ensure all visitors follow club safety and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in childcare or kids clubs is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, calm, and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, MS Office, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience working in environments focused on children or families.
- Ability to remain patient and professional in a busy setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
