Frontend Developer (React.js + Tailwind CSS)

We are hiring a proficient Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Tailwind CSS to join our fast-moving technology team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be capable of building fast, modern, and responsive web interfaces, integrating REST APIs, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade admin panels and dashboards with precision. You should be comfortable working with component libraries like shadcn/ui, validation tools like Zod, and front-end build tools like Vite. Familiarity with authentication flows using Auth0 or token-based systems is essential.
This is a full-time role for developers who value clean code, scalable architecture, and rapid execution.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional front-end development experience
- At least 2 years of production experience using React.js
- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern responsive design practices
- Proficiency in React Query (or similar tools) for REST API integration
- Experience using shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or comparable component libraries
- Familiarity with Vite, Zod validation, and modern state management
- Ability to implement secure authentication using Auth0, JWT, or similar
- Strong debugging, optimization, and code-structuring skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript in production
- Familiarity with form builders or schema-driven UIs
- Exposure to headless CMS tools or dynamic form rendering
- A good design sense and ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams
