Job Description:
Star Gallery Mart is hiring a Gaming Salesman with strong knowledge of gaming products (PCs, consoles, accessories) and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with experience in retail sales. You must also be willing to work in either our Al Ain or Abu Dhabi branch depending on company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them in selecting gaming products.
- Sell gaming PCs, consoles, accessories, and software.
- Explain product features clearly in both Arabic and English.
- Stay up to date with the latest gaming products and trends.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain store displays and ensure a neat and organized gaming section.
- Process sales using POS systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in gaming or electronics.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of gaming PCs, consoles, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to relocate between Al Ain and Abu Dhabi branches as required.
- Confident, presentable, and sales-driven.
Preferred:
- Passion for video games and gaming technology.
- Experience upselling gaming bundles or high-end equipment.
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs or retail sales targets.
