Garage Supervisor for Clover Racing Garage (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and productivity.
* Workshop Operations Management: Oversee daily garage operations, including job scheduling, work distribution, and resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of repairs and services while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
* Quality Control & Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures for all repair and maintenance work. Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet Clover Racing Garage's high standards and customer expectations.
* Customer Service & Communication: Act as a key point of contact for complex technical inquiries and customer concerns. Ensure clear communication between technicians, service advisors, and customers regarding vehicle status, estimated costs, and timelines.
* Technical Expertise & Support: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians for complex diagnostics and repairs. Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices, especially concerning performance and luxury vehicles.
* Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies within the garage. Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness.
* Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor and manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and calibrated.
* Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Contribute to the continuous improvement of garage processes and service offerings.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory or management role within a reputable automotive garage or service center
* Strong technical background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
* Strong understanding of workshop safety procedures and best practices.
* Valid UAE driving license preferred.
