Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain comprehensive financial records for all restaurant outlets: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations.
- Handle daily financial transactions, including cash, sales entries, vendor invoices, and petty cash.
Month-End & Reporting
- Carry out month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and informal management reports.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock verifications and branch audits to control costs.
Tax Compliance
- Manage VAT processes: calculations, reconciliations, and periodic filings. Ensure adherence to UAE tax law.
Internal Controls & Audits
- Support audit processes—prepare documentation and respond to queries from internal/external auditors.
- Help implement and strengthen internal control systems to secure financial operations.
Financial Analysis & Planning
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis for performance insights.
- Provide actionable financial guidance to management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with operations, procurement, HR, and branch teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.
- Train or supervise junior accounting staff where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accreditation (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in restaurants, hospitality, or FMCG sectors within the UAE.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (ERP, QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.).
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and periodic filing requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
