Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general secretarial and administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
· Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and services required for production and office needs.
· Support the indoor sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up with clients.
· Maintain records and provide administrative oversight of the production process documentation and reports.
· Act as a point of contact between management, production, and clients for administrative matters.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
