Duties & responsibilities:
- Attend site visits and prepare site visit reports to superiors.
- Taking site coworkers attendance and reported to office.
- Prepare procurement requests and reported to office.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisor.
- Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
- Track progress, provide specific training and keep the crew well equipped with the right materials, safety uniform and tools
at all times at site.
- Check work is carried out safely at site by following company & client HSE policy.
- Report project progress to superiors.
- Solve disputes between workers.
- Performing other duties and tasks from time to time by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Should know how to use (Work, Excel & outlook).
- Should be in an advanced level in English (Read, Speak & Write).
- Hight school degree or diploma essential, Bachelor degree is not essential.
- Minimum site field experience 4 years.
- Should be physically fit to work at site.
- Proven ability in managing teams and meeting project deadlines.
- Experience working in a safety-driven environment.
- Should be problem-solving, leadership ability, excellent communication, strong attention to detail and organizational
abilities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
