Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Foreman to oversee daily site operations and manage labor activities efficiently. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to read and interpret construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers
- Ensure work is performed according to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines
- Monitor site progress and report updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a General Foreman
- Must possess a diploma in Civil, Construction, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
