Position Title: General Foreman

Job Summary:
Green Escape Landscape & Gardening Works is looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead and supervise masonry-related activities on various landscaping and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in paving, tile work, kerbstone laying, and decorative finishes, along with the ability to manage site teams and ensure work is completed to the highest standards. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of masons and laborers in executing masonry works on-site.
- Ensure proper implementation of masonry tasks as per approved project drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades (irrigation, plumbing, electrical) for smooth workflow.
- Oversee the installation of:
- Paving stones, tiles, and marble/granite finishes
- Kerbstones and edge restraints
- Masonry features such as planters, benches, and retaining walls
- Maintain site safety, quality standards, and work progress timelines.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment relevant to masonry works.
- Record daily activities and provide updates to project engineers or General Foreman.
- Train junior masons and ensure skilled workmanship on all masonry tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Mason or Senior Mason.
- Expert knowledge in:
- Paving and tile installation
- Kerbstone setting
- Decorative and structural masonry
- Ability to read and interpret construction and landscape drawings.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good communication in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license is advanced.
