Drive innovation in resins, solvents, and water-based binders to maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market demands. - Build and manage strong client, distributor, and supplier networks in the Middle East. Identify new opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and secure high-value contracts by benchmarking against regional competitors. - Lead cross-functional teams in operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain. Implement lean manufacturing practices, talent development programs, and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth.

Position Title: General Manager - Paints Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 32K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of paints and coating products. Qualifications: - Open to Arabic nationals, Male, 35 – 45 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred - At least 12 years relevant experience in in paints, resins, or chemicals manufacturing, at least 5 years in a senior leadership role and with proven success in overseeing business operations, market expansion, and driving profitability against key competitors in the UAE and KSA - With strong expertise in P&L management, commercial strategy, supply chain, and operational excellence, with solid understanding of resins, solvents, UPR, and water-based binders market dynamics.
