- Performing daily maintenance: Ensuring the equipment is in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs.
- Precise grading: Using the grader blade to cut and shape land to exact specifications.
- Safety compliance: Following all safety regulations and protocols to ensure safe operation.
- Collaborating with construction crews: Working closely with other team members to ensure accurate grading and leveling.
- Reading blueprints and plans: Interpreting construction plans to ensure the finished product meets all specifications.
- Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance.
