Peacock Printing Press Abu Dhabi is looking for personalities who will be able to help us deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are currently looking to recruit a Graphic designer & CTP Operator

Key Attributes Required Experience in the print industry is an advantage

Responsible for jobs being packed and ready on time for client collection or Delivery.

Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:

Work collaboratively with the client team to develop and execute ideas, supporting and following the lead of the Senior Brand Designer
Develop an expert understanding of the brand guidelines and become a brand guardian and advisor
Create visual concepts and retouch images to ensure they meet print and web standards
Participate in creative ideation sessions with the senior brand designer and wider team
Co-create and update assets, guidelines and deck
Liaise with external printers and act as a point of contact

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

Computer to plate (CTP) operations which include machine maintenance and inventory management
Must have an experience in Offset Printing, and Packaging industry.
Must have a hands-on experience in preparing creative designs and ready-print files (logo, business card, brochure, flyer, poster, food packaging, etc.)
Knows how to read and type Arabic.
strong layout and typographical skills
a confidence and comfort using Powerpoint to produce presentation decks
good communication skills to engage with designers, printers and the clients
a knowledge of the whole Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
the ability to take instructions from others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
