Job Title: Graphic Designer / Textile printer
Location: Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Saturdays only in case of high orders)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and hands-on Graphic Designer / Textile Printer to manage the creative and technical execution of custom textile orders. This dual role involves creating and editing print-ready designs, operating textile printing machines, and ensuring high-quality output from concept to fabric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design
- Create and edit designs for custom textile printing using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Prepare seamless patterns and repeatable prints based on customer briefs.
- Ensure design files are optimized for different fabric types and print settings.
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to finalize designs before printing.
- Textile Printing
- Operate and manage digital textile printers and ensure accurate color matching and alignment.
- Perform test prints and calibrate machines as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and performance of printing equipment.
- Troubleshoot print issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Production Support
- Coordinate with other production team members to align timelines and quality standards.
- Track and document print jobs from design to dispatch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with digital textile printing machines (sublimation, pigment, reactive, etc.).
- Eye for detail and strong sense of color, scale, and textile application.
- Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple custom orders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
