Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
Design advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and packaging materials.
Create and adapt concepts based on marketing briefs and campaign goals.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and product managers.
Present design ideas and explain visual choices clearly to non-design stakeholders.
Coordinate with printers, media outlets, and vendors for production specs.
Stay aligned with campaign timelines and communicate status updates regularly.
Performance & Creative Strategy
Translate marketing goals into engaging visual concepts.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, tools, and design innovations.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideation.
Maintain an organized library of design files and assets.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within advertising or marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing advertising or promotional work.
Knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
