We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for building strong visual identities and telling compelling brand stories through design. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating on diverse projects that span branding, marketing campaigns, digital content, and print collateral.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce standout creative work across branding, corporate identity, advertising, and marketing materials.
- Develop designs for a wide range of deliverables: brand guidelines, logos, brochures, reports, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, digital banners, newsletters, websites, and exhibition graphics (large and small scale).
- Work closely with internal teams and directly engage with clients to ensure design solutions align with briefs and brand strategies.
- Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring creative consistency and optimal performance across print, digital, social media, and environmental graphics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for both digital and print output, ensuring all work adheres to brand guidelines.
- Archive and organize final design files for easy access and future use.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Qualification & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a branding, marketing, or advertising agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design work across both print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) - bonus if skilled in After Effects, XD, or other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of brand systems, design for marketing campaigns, and multi-platform adaptation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to juggle priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
