- Design and produce high-quality social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Shoot and edit engaging reels and videos featuring clinic services, staff, and patient testimonials
- Develop concepts and layouts for digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Create visual assets for internal and external communication (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Stay updated with the latest trends in design, healthcare marketing, and social media
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and marketing team to develop visual content strategies
- Manage timelines, content calendars, and deliverables efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva
- Skilled in reel shooting/editing, video production, and animation
- Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual storytelling
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Dubai’s social media culture and healthcare audience is a plus
