QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred applicant with Administrative, Graphic Designing and IT background in Dubai.
- The candidate must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have good understanding of office practices and methods
- Should have good computer knowledge and proficient in MS word, Excel, Outlook.
- Deep understanding of the Designing & Creativity
- Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in English
- Ability to do multi-task & prioritize accordingly.
- Must be flexible, organized and have the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
- Cultural curiosity, as well as an awareness of popular social/design trends
- Excellent communication and execution skills are a must
- Should be Inside the Country with Cancelled or Visit Visa.
Responsibilities:
- Handle our social media platforms. Design, create and post necessary content in social media.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, etc
- Answering and redirecting all incoming calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Responsible for preparing, editing and filing office documents ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Receive all incoming products from supplier & update in System stock.
- Managing all renewals & Cancellation of Staff Visa, Trade License, Establishment Cards, etc
