We are seeking a talented and multi-skilled Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager with a strong creative flair and a strategic approach to content creation and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio of both design and social media work, with an understanding of branding, layout, and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Develop original and compelling designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, thumbnails, and branding material.
- Adapt designs based on specific briefs while ensuring consistency with brand identity.
- Support video and content teams with graphic elements for use in visual storytelling.
Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Write captions, select hashtags, and schedule content using Meta Business Suite or other tools.
- Monitor insights, evaluate performance metrics, and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on design and social trends to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
Creative Direction
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideation, and concept development for campaigns.
- Collaborate on visual storytelling across multimedia platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency while bringing innovative design perspectives.
Collaboration
- Work closely with videographers, editors and project leads.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to deliver aligned visual output.
Tools & Maintenance
- Manage and maintain design asset libraries, templates, and brand files.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives with minimal revisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation for digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and digital aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).
- Knowledge of Canva and scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and short-form video design.
- Experience working within creative agencies or media production companies.
- Familiarity with basic photography/videography and editing tools is a plus.
- Understanding of UAE-based audiences and social media engagement trends.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with exceptional portfolios and relevant experience will also be considered.
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE is a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
