As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to create visually engaging designs for both digital and print media. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and online ads.
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and business cards.
Support brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
Work with senior designers to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.
Prepare design files for production and ensure high-quality output.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
A portfolio demonstrating creative skills and design ability (academic or personal projects welcome).
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Understanding of HTML/CSS for web-based design.
Experience with photography or illustration.
