We are a dynamic marketing and communications agency specializing in serving the real estate and facilities management sectors. We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and help elevate our clients’ brand presence across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling static and motion content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Design high-quality graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and promotional materials tailored to real estate and facility services.
- Edit professional videos including property walkthroughs, testimonials, client presentations, service promotions, and more.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, especially in real estate marketing and facility management services.
- Optimize graphics and videos for various platforms, ensuring fast load times and high engagement.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas creatively.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in both design and video editing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working with real estate agencies, facility service providers, or similar industries.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a bonus.
