About the Job:
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in a high-volume, dynamic pool/beachside environment.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to optimize seating capacity.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and reception area.
- Assist with general inquiries and direct guests to relevant facilities as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak)
- Expert in food quality and presentation skills
- Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
- Team Player with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- 1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
