We're Hiring: Guest Relations Officer – Holiday Homes (Dubai)

Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences? Join our dynamic team in Dubai as a Guest Relations Officer for our Holiday Homes division!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during their stay.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest orientations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and quick resolution of issues.
- Perform property inspections before guest arrival and after check-out.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience throughout their stay.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service (holiday homes or hotel background preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s locations and attractions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
