Job Description
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Assist guests with check in and check out.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Drive Rate & RevPAR through up-selling room brand.
- Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy.
- Effectively communicate room rates, packages, and room availability to guests.
- Assist with room assignment and room changes .
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Report any recurring issues or trends to the Front Office Manager for continuous improvement.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
