About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join the Sports and Leisure at Jumeirah Creekside. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Guest Registration & Services: Welcome and register guests, issue towels, and efficiently assist them throughout their stay.
- Privacy & Security Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, follow PCI and fraud prevention policies, and protect guest data.
- Financial Transactions & Billing: Process payments, manage cashiering duties, and maintain accurate audits.
- Anticipate guests/member’s needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge them.
- Assist guests in the following areas as required based on operating and safety guidelines.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-stocked and operational Guest Services desk, attend handover briefings, and report any challenges to supervisors.
About You:
- Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
- Time Management/ Adherence to schedule
