We are seeking a well-spoken and reliable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm guest first approach and also be able to perform basic handyman and maintenance work in short-term rental apartments. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
- Perform minor repair tasks like fixing lights, door locks, curtain rods, basic plumbing
- Inspect units before and after guest stays to ensure everything is in working order.
- Coordinate with external technicians when needed for advanced repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the property.
- Monitor and restock guest amenities and maintenance supplies.
- Keep records of issues reported, work performed, and guest feedback.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in hospitality or maintenance roles.
- Basic handyman skills (electrical, plumbing, general repair).
- Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills
- Good physical fitness; willing to travel between multiple apartments.
- Own visa (residence/freelance/spouse visa) is preferred.
- Driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in English.
