JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Artistic Gymnastics Coach specializing in Advanced Gymnastics to join our team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively with diverse staff and adapt to various coaching responsibilities across recreational and competitive programs. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for instructing gymnasts on proper techniques, ensuring safety measures are followed.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
· Instruct gymnasts on proper techniques, form, and safety measures.
· Maintain detailed knowledge of USA Gymnastics rules and requirements, ensuring adherence in all coaching activities.
· Safely and effectively coach recreational, pre-team, and competitive artistic gymnastics classes.
· Design and deliver training plans tailored to individual and team progressions.
· Manage classes or team groups, ensuring a positive and productive training environment.
· Effectively handle groups of gymnasts, maintaining safety, focus, and engagement at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Recognized degree in Physical Education or Sports, Gymnastics Coaching Certifications (preferably in Artistic Gymnastics), or other relevant licenses or certificates.
· Proven experience as an Artistic Gymnastics Coach at recreational, pre-team, and/or competitive levels.
· Strong understanding of the USA Gymnastics Development Program, or willingness to learn and align with its framework.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct and motivate gymnasts of varying abilities.
· Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children and gymnasts of all ages.
· Adaptive coaching methods that accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
· Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy, adhering strictly to safety protocols and organizational guidelines.
· Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, continuous improvement, and excellence in gymnastics coaching.
