We are looking for a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team at Hair Line Gents Salon, a premier gents salon. As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to our male clients. You will work in a fast-paced yet professional environment where customer satisfaction is a top priority. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of the latest trends in men's haircuts and grooming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for male clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaving, and styling.
- Provide consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in men’s hairstyles and grooming.
- Ensure a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Offer additional grooming services such as scalp treatments, hair coloring, and beard care.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive salon experience for each client.
- Adhere to salon policies, including salon timing, health and safety regulations.
