We are looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join on a commission basis. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working as a freelancer or running their own home-based salon/business and is now looking to expand their reach in a professional setting without the overhead costs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair services such as haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and blow-dries.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable hair solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Bring your own client base (preferred but not mandatory).
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a freelance hairdresser or salon owner/operator.
- Expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling for various hair types.
- Professional grooming and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
- Own tools/products preferred.
Commission Structure:
