Head Host

The Role:

• Report directly to the Reception Manager and oversee the Host Team.
• Drive cover targets and incentives, actively pushing the team to meet set goals.
• Oversee high-volume service periods, ensuring guests are greeted, seated efficiently, and receive outstanding service.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of booking systems such as SevenRooms and OpenTable, ensuring all reservations are handled smoothly.
• Train and mentor the Host Team, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
• Be the point of escalation for any guest-related concerns, resolving them in a professional and efficient manner.
• Monitor the flow of walk-ins and reservations, ensuring maximum table optimization while maintaining service quality.
