FirstPoint Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Maintenance to lead our maintenance division and ensure high-quality service delivery across all projects
.Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong background in residential and commercial maintenance operations
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility services
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and handle client relations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance activities and manage technical staff
- Prepare quotations, job reports, and ensure timely project completion
- Monitor KPIs and work with management to meet monthly performance targets
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency
