Key Responsibilities:
Lead and build the company’s social media operations system from the ground up, including strategy development for content and channel distribution.
Establish and manage a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network, including the recruitment and training of streamers and influencers.
Oversee the development and execution of private traffic/community engagement strategies, with a focus on user retention and conversion.
Plan and implement content marketing campaigns, event-based promotions, and viral social initiatives.
Build and manage the social media team, including structure design, onboarding, and talent development.
Lead operational performance analysis and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and outcomes.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or digital content operations, preferably with exposure to international markets.
At least 2 years of team management experience, with proven ability to build projects or teams from scratch.
Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for content creation and community engagement, with a mindset for mentoring and nurturing talent.
Results-driven with a high level of ownership, confidence, and accountability in achieving business goals.
