Ultratec3D is looking for a skilled foreman with 2+ years of experience handling a team, and who can manage multiple tasks involving a 3D‑printing production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation of the 3D‑printing line, including SLA, FDM, or resin workflows.
- Coordinate and schedule labour activities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Compare outputs to technical specifications and reject or flag non-conforming parts.
- Lead defect analysis and implement corrective or preventive measures.
- Train and guide laborers on quality standards and finishing protocols.
- Enforce safe handling procedures for material and equipment within the printing booth and post-processing areas.
- Coordinate replenishment to minimize downtime and ensure readiness for production runs.
- Document inspection results, maintain daily production logs and QC reports.
- Identify patterns in defects, propose workflow improvements, and support implementation.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety guidelines, particularly around post-processing and solvent use.
- Conduct regular safety checks and audits to maintain clean and compliant workspaces.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience handling a team in production.
- Expertise in fiber application, sanding, spray painting, or a similar job.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
