Role Overview
Oureng Studio is searching for an experienced Healthcare Planner Architect to oversee hospital and clinical space design for a leading healthcare provider in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have significant GCC or international experience and strong familiarity with healthcare design regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and layout design for hospital and clinical spaces.
- Liaise closely with medical consultants, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Translate healthcare regulations and design standards into architectural planning.
- Deliver schematic, conceptual, and detailed planning aligned with GCC/international requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in healthcare planning/architecture.
- GCC or international project experience is mandatory.
- Solid expertise in hospital and clinical space design.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, functional zoning, and clinical workflows.
- Experience collaborating with medical teams, engineering consultants, and stakeholders.
