Job Title: Heavy Driver
Location: Samaya Hotel, Deira, Riqqat Al Buteen, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years (UAE experience preferred)
License Required: Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate hotel vehicles including buses, vans, and other heavy-duty vehicles as needed
- Transport hotel guests, staff, and goods between designated locations
- Ensure daily inspection and basic maintenance of the vehicle (oil, tire pressure, cleanliness, etc.)
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving
- Assist with loading/unloading and securing cargo when needed
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and staff
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management immediately
- Support other departments with transport logistics when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy driver in the UAE
- Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit and presentable
- Strong sense of responsibility and time management
