Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all assigned deliveries are made timely as per date and time slot.
- Ensuring 100% first time deliveries with zero complaint.
- To maintain and improve deliveries per truck in terms of number of deliveries and value to meet benchmark.
- Ensuring delivery resources (teams and trucks) are utilized to optimum capacity.
- Ensuring Stocks are loaded post verification against document to avoid descrepancies.
- Any descrepancy found during delivery need to be reported timely to resolve.
- All GRV and sales returns are verified against document and picked to avoid any descrepancies.
- Excess stocks or interchanged stocks need to be returned timely and properly to concerned
- Ensure well behaving with customers for better customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.
- Ensuring proper grooming standards and hygiene of self and vehicle.
- Ensure proper handling of materials while loading and offloaing to avoid damages.
- Communicating concerns during delivery with supervisors and sales team for timely resolution.
- Ensuring all deliveries closed timely within 24hrs of deliveries by obtaining and submitting POD.
- Ensuring productivity are delivered as per norms and improving it.
- Ensuring proper usage and maintenance of resources such vehicle, trolleys etc.
Position Requirements:
- UAE license of Heavy Duty Driver
- Similar experience
- Can read & write in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
