Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating one or more types of heavy machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, graders, skid steer loaders, and compactors/rollers. Operators will play a key role in site preparation, earthmoving, roadwork, and material handling.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as:
- Excavators (345GC)
- Wheel Loaders (950GC)
- Motor Graders (140GC)
- Skid Steer Loaders (Bobcat 216B3)
- Compactors / Rollers (CB2.5GC, CS11GC)
- Perform excavation, leveling, compaction, and material handling as per project requirements.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
- Ensure work is carried out to project specifications and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction projects.
- Valid operator license/certification (as per local regulations).
- Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
- Ability to read and follow site instructions, drawings, and grading levels.
- Flexibility to operate different types of machinery if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
