AL HOOT GROUP is hiring for Helper Position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise on shelves.
- Arrange products neatly and ensure items are correctly labeled and priced.
- Check for expired or damaged items and report to the supervisor.
- Support in maintaining overall store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist customers in locating products and carrying items when required.
- Refill bags, baskets, and trolleys in their respective areas.
- Help during loading/unloading of goods.
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards as per company policy.
- Cooperate with team members and perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum high school education preferred.
- Basic understanding of product categories and store layout.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move items.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
