We are looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to assist in various tasks for our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, eager to learn, and ready to support skilled workers in completing high-quality interior fit-outs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters, masons, painters, and other tradesmen with their tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards.
- Mix and prepare construction materials such as mortar, adhesives, and cement.
- Measure, cut, and hold materials for skilled workers.
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Perform other general labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or fit-out projects is a plus but not required.
- Physically strong and capable of lifting heavy materials.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions from skilled workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in fit-out projects is an advantage.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
