We are currently looking for a passionate Holiday Consultant responsible for converting leads into bookings, managing customer communications and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
- Design, plan, and arrange bespoke travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences.
- Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodation, tours, and travel methods and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and safety advisories.
- Handle bookings, invoices, and issue travel documents to clients.
- Provide pre-travel and in-travel support to clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Manage relationships with travel partners and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and promote travel packages through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant/ Holiday Consultant, with a minimum of 2 year in the role.
- Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
