Position Summary:
The Hotel Client Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with Mood Espresso’s hotel partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for client needs, visits, and issue resolution. This role focuses on enhancing client satisfaction, promoting repeat orders, and identifying upselling opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Mood Espresso and assigned hotel clients.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to hotel partners to maintain relationships and understand their operational needs.
- Manage and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical service teams to ensure timely delivery and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor coffee quality standards at client locations and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities within hotel accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service reports, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Support hotel staff with product knowledge, training, and coffee experience enhancement.
- Represent Mood Espresso at hotel events, tastings, or hospitality-related functions when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

- Hotel Client relationship: 3 years (Required)
- Coffee industry: 3 years (Preferred)
