JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Keeping an eye on all the operations of the hotel, including activities of all departments
- Inspecting all the rooms regularly in order to check if they are keeping up with the hotel standards
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Managing budgets
- Planning maintenance works, events, and room bookings
- Overseeing daily hotel operations, including room bookings, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve financial goals, including setting room rates, budgeting, and forecasting revenue and expenses
- Planning, organizing, and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservation) services, food and beverage operations, and housekeeping
- Ensuring guest satisfaction, creating budgets, and implementing marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven work experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role
- Experience with hotel management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing, housekeeping, and guest relations
- Strong business acumen with a strategic ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- BSc degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or relevant field
