Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in planning for 5-star hotel construction projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 (latest version).
- Proven track record in preparing baseline programs, progress updates, and weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Extensive experience in delay analysis and time (EOT) claims preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in project planning and control.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Location: Dubai – Business Bay
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
