Housekeeping and Operations Supervisor
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping and Operations Supervisor to join our holiday homes team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect role for you.
The Role
As a Housekeeping and Operations Supervisor, you will be a key player in ensuring our properties are always in pristine condition and that our operations run smoothly. You will lead our housekeeping team, manage day-to-day tasks, and ensure every guest check-in and check-out is seamless. Your role will be a mix of hands-on work and supervision, requiring a proactive and responsible approach.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the housekeeping and to maintain high standards of cleanliness and property presentation.
Manage property turnovers, ensuring all homes are ready for new guests on schedule.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure quality control.
Handle guest and maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the holiday homes or hospitality industry.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: 3,500 AED per month.
