Scheduling & Staffing
- Create cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels.
- Assign tasks to housekeepers and monitor their progress.
Inventory Management
- Track housekeeping supplies (linen, cleaning products, etc.) and ensure adequate stock.
- Order new supplies when needed and manage inventory levels.
Room Inspections
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet hotel standards.
- Address any deficiencies or issues with the cleaning staff.
Guest Requests
- Respond to guest requests for extra towels, amenities, or specific room needs.
- Ensure quick and efficient delivery of special requests.
Communication with Other Departments
- Coordinate with front desk to prioritize room turnovers, late check-ins, or VIP requests.

Training & Supervision
