Position Summary:
The HR Admin cum Personal Assistant plays a dual role, providing essential support in both human resources administration and executive assistance. This position is responsible for managing daily HR operations such as employee records, recruitment coordination, and compliance documentation, while also supporting senior management with scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in a confidential and accurate manner.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave tracking, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Support compliance efforts by organizing contracts, policies, and related HR documentation.
- Help organize staff training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
- Draft and manage internal and external communications, reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff or external contacts, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage logistics for meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring smooth execution.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as PA/Admin/HR is a must
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-groomed with an eye for style
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with sensitive information.
