Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Process employment visas, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with the PRO (Public Relations Officer).
- Recruitment Support
- Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and screening applicants.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with UAE labor regulations.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit formalities.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with government entities for tasks related to labor contracts, medical insurance, and Emirates ID processing.
- Training and Development
- Support in organizing employee training sessions and maintaining training records.
Job Requirements:
- Location: Based in Abu Dhabi only.
- Nationality: Arabic nationality only.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or payroll role, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll and data management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
